EXPOSED: Deep State FISA Spying Powers Extended as House FAILS Patriots

In a crushing defeat for constitutional conservatives and President Trump's agenda, the Senate unanimously voted to extend the government's controversial FISA surveillance powers after the House spectacularly failed to kill the unconstitutional spying program.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702 - the same weapon the Deep State used to illegally spy on Trump's 2016 campaign - got a lifeline from senators who clearly haven't learned the lessons of the Russia hoax debacle.

This is exactly the kind of government overreach that Patriots voted to end in 2024. The American people delivered Trump a decisive mandate to drain the swamp and dismantle the surveillance state that has been weaponized against conservatives for years.

House Republicans Drop the Ball

The House had a golden opportunity to let this unconstitutional spy program die a natural death, but instead fumbled in the final hours before the deadline. Where was the MAGA backbone when it mattered most?

This is the same FISA system that allowed corrupt FBI agents to obtain warrants to spy on Carter Page and other Trump associates based on the discredited Steele dossier. How many times do we need to see this surveillance state abused before Congress finally says enough?

"The Deep State's surveillance apparatus remains intact while everyday Americans lose more of their Fourth Amendment protections every day."

President Trump has been clear about his opposition to warrantless government spying, and this extension directly contradicts his America First agenda. The administrative state just scored a major victory while constitutional conservatives got steamrolled.

What This Means for Patriots

Make no mistake - this FISA extension gives the same corrupt agencies that targeted Trump the green light to continue their unconstitutional surveillance operations. Every phone call, every text, every email could be swept up in this dragnet.

It's time for real conservatives to primary every Republican who supports extending these spy powers. We didn't elect America First representatives to rubber-stamp the Deep State's wish list.

When will Congress finally choose the Constitution over the surveillance state? Patriots deserve better than this betrayal.

VOTE THEM ALL OUT!

Can someone explain why FISA courts operate in complete secrecy with no oversight? How is this different from what authoritarian regimes do to their citizens?

It's supposed to be for 'national security' but we've seen how they abused it during 2016. Zero transparency = zero accountability.

My grandfather fought in WWII for our freedoms and this is what we get - a surveillance state that would make East Germany jealous. Absolutely disgusting betrayal by the House.

This is exactly what happens when RINOs cave to establishment pressure! Our constitutional rights are being trampled while these swamp creatures protect their own power.

Couldn't agree more. We need to primary every single one who voted for this extension.

Not surprised at all. The uniparty always comes together when it's time to expand government power over We the People.
