The White House shared a video on Tuesday featuring conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk speaking about faith, personal responsibility, and the unique opportunities available in America.
The 66-second clip, posted to the official @WhiteHouse account, shows Kirk encouraging viewers to take action when they see problems in the country. 'Only in America is it possible to say you know what I don't like the way the country is going and to do something about,' Kirk says in the video.
Kirk urges taking risks and trusting God. 'If that risk take that leap of faith. Stay involved trust God and act obediently,' he says, citing Romans 12 and 2 Corinthians 5:15 before declaring 'it is bigger than you.'
Message Centered on Service and Liberty
Kirk tells the audience their purpose is to serve others. 'You are here to make somebody else's life better than the pursuit of liberty and freedom,' he says. He credits his supporters for keeping him going: 'You know what gives me strength? The hundreds of thousands of you that say Charlie keep going.'
He then turns to evidence for Christianity, stating there is 'interbiblical evidence but extrabiblical evidence that Jesus Christ was a real person.' Kirk adds: 'He lived a perfect life. He was crucified, died and rose on the third day and he is Lord.'
The video ends with a series of emphatic 'No' responses, though the clip does not show what question or statement Kirk is rebutting.
