Elon Musk is sounding the alarm: if Democrats sweep the White House, Senate, and House in 2028, America as we know it could be finished.
In a post on X, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO laid out three specific moves he fears Democrats would make to cement permanent power — and he says the stakes in this year's midterms couldn't be higher.
"My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028," Musk wrote, according to Fox News Politics. He then listed three scenarios: granting statehood to Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico "to gain a strong majority in the Senate," legalizing immigrants living in the country illegally, and expanding the Supreme Court.
Musk argued that together, those moves would "result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word."
The warning comes as Musk pours millions into Republican campaigns ahead of the midterm elections, arguing that holding the Senate is the only thing that matters. "That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election," he wrote. "Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one."
Musk's post was amplified by Dan Bongino, the former FBI deputy director, who told his followers simply: "Please Read This."
The Senate is currently a toss-up, with six states set to decide the majority, according to Fox News Power Rankings. The best outcome predicted for Democrats is a ceiling of 54 seats — a number that would give them room to maneuver on the very issues Musk highlighted.
Musk's warning isn't happening in a vacuum. It comes as the Trump-Vance administration fights to secure the border, dismantle the administrative state, and reverse what conservatives see as decades of Democratic overreach. The 2028 election is still two years away, but the battle for the Senate is already underway — and Musk is making clear that he sees it as a last stand.
For everyday Americans, the message is simple: if Democrats take full control, the rules could be rewritten to ensure they never lose again. That's not a conspiracy theory — it's a strategy that has been openly discussed on the left for years. Packing the Supreme Court, adding new states, and legalizing millions of future voters are all part of the playbook.
Musk's warning is a wake-up call. The only question is whether Republicans will heed it before it's too late.
Our Take
Elon Musk is right to sound the alarm. The radical Left isn't hiding its agenda — they've been telling us for years that they want to pack the Supreme Court, grant statehood to D.C. and Puerto Rico, and open the floodgates at the border. Why? Because they know that if they can change the rules and the electorate, they won't need to win elections anymore. They'll just win by default.
This is the endgame, folks. The Democrats know they can't sell their socialist agenda to the American people on the merits, so they're trying to rig the game. And the mainstream media? They're too busy cheering on the collapse of our institutions to report on it.
Musk is putting his money where his mouth is, and he's asking patriots to do the same. The midterms are our last line of defense. If we lose the Senate, the road to 2028 becomes a one-way ticket to permanent Democratic rule.
So here's the question: will you stand by while the Left dismantles the Republic, or will you fight back? The choice is yours — and the clock is ticking.
