The Select Committee investigating the events of January 6 has had some interesting witnesses testify recently. For example, the testimony of former national security aide Matthew Pottinger and former deputy press secretary for the Trump White House Sarah Matthews was not helpful to him. Also, the issue with the lost text messages from his Secret Service detail and the fact that Tony Ornato and Bobby Engel seem reticent to testify now, to disprove Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony, just looks a little bad.

Additionally, it has come out that a grand jury is empaneled and the DOJ is investigating the specific events that occurred on January 6th, as well as that V.P. Mike Pence’s chief of staff Marc Short testified to that grand jury.
Donald Trump seems to have been watching the hearings, as evidenced by some recent “truths” he’s posted on his social media site TRUTH Social.
Here they are:
“Just more disinformation by the Democrats, like the Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, the long running Mueller Report, which ended in No Collusion, and so much more. Now that we have found the answers to these crooked, election changing events, why is the Justice Department not prosecuting those responsible? Plenty of time left!”
“People forget, this is all about a Rigged and Stolen Election. But rather than go after the people that Rigged and Stole it, they go after the people that are seeking Honesty and Truth, and have Freedom of Speech, and many other defenses, on their side! Justice Department should look at The Crime of the Century. Evidence is massive and irrefutable!!!”
Trump also brought up the Georgia phone call. “The Georgia phone calls were PERFECT. Many people and lawyers, on both sides, were knowingly on the one call, I assumed the call was taped, there were Zero complaints or angry “how dare you” charges made during the call and no “hang ups” by anyone aggrieved or insulted at what was said. THEY WERE PERFECT CALLS. I was just doing my job as President, and seeking Fairness and the Truth. The Election was Rigged and Stolen!
Trump does seem riled up but we must remember: he is under attack. Anyone under attack is going to defend themselves and for Trump, his social media site is the best way he has to do that. Do you think he’s worried? Should he be?
