An Ivy League professor and regular MSNBC contributor launched a stunning attack against tens of millions of patriotic Americans on Monday, baselessly accusing President Donald Trump's supporters of being willing participants in what he called a "white nationalist agenda."

Princeton University professor Eddie Glaude Jr. made the inflammatory remarks on MSNBC's "The Weeknight," suggesting that the MAGA movement would tolerate "ugliness" as long as economic conditions remain strong under President Trump's leadership.

"They're willing to participate in the ugliness of a white nationalist agenda as long as the economy is strong," Glaude claimed without providing any evidence to support his sweeping condemnation of approximately 75 million American voters.

The Left's Tired Playbook

The remarks represent yet another example of liberal elites resorting to their favorite smear tactic: branding anyone who supports conservative policies and America-first principles as racist. Unable to debate the merits of President Trump's economic policies, border security measures, or foreign policy successes, left-wing academics and media figures continue to rely on baseless accusations of racism.

Glaude's comments are particularly ironic given that President Trump's economic policies during his first term delivered historic gains for minority communities, including record-low unemployment rates for Black and Hispanic Americans before the pandemic.

Americans Reject the Smears

The American people decisively rejected this kind of divisive rhetoric in the 2024 election, returning President Trump to the White House with a clear mandate. Voters of all backgrounds chose economic prosperity, secure borders, and common-sense governance over the failed policies of the Biden administration.

Rather than engaging with why working-class Americans of all races have increasingly turned to President Trump and the Republican Party, MSNBC and its contributors prefer to dismiss them as morally compromised racists.

This condescending attitude from coastal elites and ivory tower academics is precisely what drove millions of Americans away from the Democratic Party in the first place. Instead of listening to the concerns of everyday citizens struggling with inflation and economic uncertainty under Biden, liberal commentators chose to lecture and insult them.

The Real Agenda

Glaude's remarks reveal more about the left's desperation than about Trump supporters. As President Trump's policies continue to deliver results for American families, expect more outrageous accusations from those who have no substantive arguments to offer.

The American people see through these tired attacks and will continue to support leaders who prioritize their prosperity and security over politically correct posturing.

Unbelievable! I served this country for 20 years and voted Trump twice - guess I'm a white nationalist according to Princeton elites.

And we wonder why there's such division in this country. Comments like this professor's are fuel on the fire.

I voted for Trump because I believe in secure borders and putting America first. Apparently that makes me a white nationalist now?

This is why I pulled my kids out of public school. The indoctrination starts early and goes all the way to the top.

Smart move. We made the same decision three years ago and never looked back.

This is exactly the kind of elitist garbage we've come to expect from Ivy League professors. They live in their ivory towers and have zero understanding of real Americans.

Couldn't agree more. These academics think they're so much smarter than the rest of us.

So according to this professor, my Hispanic neighbor who voted Trump is a white nationalist? The logic here is absolutely insane.

What's this professor's name? Shouldn't Princeton be held accountable for allowing this kind of rhetoric from their faculty?

Why does MSNBC even give these radical leftists a platform? This is pure hate speech against half the country.

Because it fits their narrative. They've completely abandoned any pretense of journalism.
