In a groundbreaking move that sends shockwaves through the legal establishment, Texas has officially terminated the American Bar Association's monopoly over law school accreditation, making it the first state in the nation to break free from the woke organization's grip.

The Texas Supreme Court approved amendments on Tuesday in a decisive two-page order that effectively declared the left-wing ABA should no longer hold final authority over the state's legal education system. This bold action comes after the ABA's relentless push of radical progressive ideology has infected law schools nationwide for decades.

Patriots across social media are celebrating this historic victory. The Judicial Network tweeted, "Texas' Supreme Court has ended the state's reliance on the ABA for the accreditation of its law schools. The ABA's left-wing bias has been apparent for years, and there is no reason it should hold a monopoly on law schools' accreditation."

This couldn't come at a better time. With President Trump back in the White House and conservatives controlling government, states like Texas are finally finding the courage to stand up to these corrupt institutions that have been weaponized against traditional American values.

Long Overdue Reform

For years, the ABA has used its accreditation power as a hammer to force law schools into compliance with their woke agenda. From mandating diversity quotas to pushing climate change propaganda in legal curricula, the organization has strayed far from its original mission.

Conservative legal observers are already calling for other red states to follow Texas's lead. One Twitter user, @ReallyRadley, captured the sentiment perfectly: "Texas leading the way by eliminating the (leftist) ABA's monopoly on accrediting law schools. I hope my state and many others follow suit."

This move represents more than just bureaucratic reform – it's about breaking the stranglehold that leftist institutions have held over our legal system. When organizations like the ABA control who gets to practice law, they control the future of American jurisprudence.

Will your state be next to reject the ABA's woke tyranny and reclaim control over legal education?

Hoping DeSantis does the same thing here. The ABA stranglehold needs to end nationwide.

FINALLY! The ABA has been pushing their woke agenda on law schools for decades. My nephew graduated from law school last year and said the mandatory 'diversity' courses were just indoctrination sessions.

Same thing happened to my daughter at her law school in California. They spent more time on social justice theory than actual constitutional law.

This is huge for Texas! Can someone explain exactly what powers the ABA had over accreditation and how this changes things for future law students?
