During a recent CNN interview, Tapper asked Arizona Senator Mark Kelly a simple question that should have been easy for any principled politician: What should soldiers have done if they believed the orders to capture Maduro were illegal?
Kelly's response was nothing short of embarrassing word salad. As one social media user perfectly summarized it: "Shorter Kelly: Argle bargle, Trump bad." The tweet continued, "To no one's surprise, Jake Tapper doesn't press him for a straight answer... or for any other example of an illegal order that Kelly thinks should have been disobeyed."
Democrats' Stunning About-Face

But now that Trump has actually succeeded where previous administrations failed, suddenly they're clutching their pearls about "international law."
