MEDIA SPIN EXPOSED: CNN Calls Tren de Aragua Cartel Members Who Attacked Border Cops 'Married Oregon Couple'

The mainstream media's war on truth reached a new low this week as CNN and other legacy outlets scrambled to paint two Tren de Aragua cartel members as innocent victims after they were shot while allegedly driving their vehicle at federal border agents in Portland, Oregon.

According to reports, the pair used their car as a weapon against law enforcement officers on Thursday afternoon, leading to a justified use of force by border patrol agents. But you wouldn't know that from CNN's coverage, which described the dangerous cartel operatives simply as a "married Oregon couple."

Social media users quickly called out the blatant media spin. Conservative commentator Carmine Sabia posted on X: "Illegal alien gang member in Portland, Oregon drives car at cops to avoid arrest - gets shot - Democrat politicians side with the gang member."

"Another Tren De Agua cartel member couple in Oregon chooses suicide by cops by using their car to attack Federal Border Agents. Shot Dead," posted user Daniel C.

The incident occurred at 148th and Burnside in Portland, with local witnesses reporting heavy law enforcement presence and cleanup crews at the scene. User Brent Georgeson documented the aftermath, noting "a tow truck and a bunch of cops just left" the location.

This latest example of media manipulation comes as President Trump's mass deportation efforts are ramping up, targeting exactly these kinds of dangerous criminal aliens who pose a direct threat to American communities and law enforcement.

The Tren de Aragua cartel has been spreading across American cities like a cancer, bringing violence, human trafficking, and drug dealing to communities from New York to Oregon. Yet when our brave border agents defend themselves against these thugs, the legacy media immediately frames them as the villains.

How much longer will Americans tolerate a media establishment that consistently sides with foreign criminals over our own law enforcement officers? The Trump administration's crackdown on illegal alien gangs can't come soon enough.

This is exactly why nobody trusts mainstream media anymore. They're literally calling violent cartel members a 'married couple' - are you kidding me?

The gaslighting is off the charts. They think we're too stupid to see through their propaganda.

Praying for those brave border patrol officers who put their lives on the line every day while the media portrays their attackers as victims.

I live 20 miles from the border and see this stuff firsthand. These aren't innocent families seeking asylum - Tren de Aragua is one of the most violent gangs in South America. CNN knows this but chooses to lie.

Stay safe out there. We're dealing with the same issues down here and the media won't report the truth.

How is this even legal? Attacking border patrol agents should be front page news, not buried under misleading headlines.

CNN has completely lost any credibility they had left. When you have to lie about who violent criminals are, you're not journalism - you're activism.
