The judicial resistance to President Trump's America First immigration agenda is alive and well, as activist lower court judges scramble to undermine a critical appeals court victory that affirmed the administration's power to detain illegal immigrants.
Despite the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit delivering a resounding 2-1 victory for the Trump administration's detention policies just last week, rogue district court judges are now finding creative ways to order the release of illegal aliens apprehended during Trump's mass deportation operations.
This is exactly the kind of deep state judicial activism that patriots have come to expect from Obama and Biden-appointed judges who view themselves as a fourth branch of government, accountable to no one but their radical leftist ideology.
The Resistance Never Ended
The 5th Circuit's ruling should have been the end of the story – a clear affirmation that the Trump administration has both the legal authority and constitutional duty to detain illegal immigrants who have violated our nation's sovereignty. But for the judicial resistance, following the law only matters when it advances their open borders agenda.
These lower court judges are essentially telling the American people that their votes don't matter, that Trump's overwhelming mandate to secure our borders can be nullified by black-robed activists who think they know better than We the People.

Every illegal alien released by these activist judges represents a potential threat to American communities, American jobs, and American resources. How many more Angel Families will have to suffer because liberal judges prioritize foreign lawbreakers over American citizens?
The Trump administration must use every tool at its disposal to fight back against this coordinated judicial sabotage. The American people didn't vote for immigration policies to be decided by a handful of radical judges – they voted for Trump to clean house and restore the rule of law.
