EXPOSED: Border Patrol SUPERVISOR Arrested for Harboring Illegal Alien 'Niece' - Deep State Corruption Runs DEEP

The corruption plaguing our border agencies runs deeper than anyone imagined. A U.S. Customs and Border Protection supervisory officer was arrested this week on federal charges for allegedly harboring and transporting an illegal alien he claims is his "niece" - a stunning betrayal of his oath and the American people.

Andres Wilkinson III, who has worked for CBP since May 2001, now faces up to 10 years in federal prison and $250,000 in fines after being charged with harboring Elva Edith Garcia-Vallejo, an illegal alien who prosecutors say he's been hiding for over a year.

Think about this, Patriots: While hardworking Americans have been demanding secure borders and President Trump has been fighting tooth and nail for immigration enforcement, we had a supervisor - a SUPERVISOR - within CBP actively working against our laws and helping illegal aliens evade deportation.

The Deep State's Border Betrayal

This arrest exposes exactly why President Trump's mass deportation efforts face such resistance. It's not just Democrats and open-border activists working against us - it's corrupt officials embedded within our own agencies, sabotaging enforcement from the inside.

The CBP Office of Professional Responsibility received the tip from Homeland Security Investigations back in April 2025, meaning this investigation has been ongoing for months. How many other corrupt officials are still operating within our border agencies? How many illegal aliens have been given safe harbor by the very people sworn to protect our borders?

"This case demonstrates that no one is above the law, including those entrusted to enforce it," prosecutors noted in court documents.

Under the Trump-Vance administration's aggressive deportation policies, cases like this take on even greater significance. Every corrupt official who aids illegal aliens undermines President Trump's America First agenda and spits in the face of legal immigrants who followed the rules.

This is precisely why President Trump has emphasized the need to clean house in federal agencies. The administrative state isn't just incompetent - it's actively working against the American people's interests. How many more Andres Wilkinsons are hiding in our government, and when will we finally drain this swamp once and for all?

DRAIN THE SWAMP! This proves Trump was right about the deep state corruption.

This is exactly what we've been saying all along - corruption from the inside out! How can we trust ANY of these agencies when their own supervisors are breaking the law?

Absolutely right. The swamp creatures are embedded everywhere, even in Border Patrol now.

Living in Arizona, I see the effects of this corruption daily. My neighbor works Border Patrol and says there are good agents frustrated by leadership like this. One bad apple spoils the whole bunch and makes their job harder.

Feel bad for the honest agents trying to do their job while dealing with corrupt supervisors above them.

I have a question - was this supervisor appointed during the previous administration or is this someone who's been there for years? The timeline matters here.
