Deep blue Minneapolis is showing its true colors as President Trump's mass deportation operations kick into high gear – and it's exactly what Patriots expected from the radical left stronghold.

According to exclusive reporting from the Washington Examiner, Hennepin County prosecutors have received 21 referrals for prosecution stemming from anti-ICE riots and protests, but have filed charges in only a handful of cases. At the county level, officials haven't filed ANY charges as of February 3rd.

This is the same playbook we saw during the 2020 BLM riots when Minneapolis burned while prosecutors looked the other way. Now, as President Trump delivers on his promise to secure our borders and remove illegal immigrants, these same radical prosecutors are giving a free pass to lawless mobs trying to obstruct federal immigration enforcement.

Two-Tiered Justice System on Full Display

While January 6th protesters faced the full weight of the federal government for walking through the Capitol, anti-ICE rioters in Minneapolis get a slap on the wrist – if that. This selective prosecution perfectly illustrates the two-tiered justice system that President Trump has vowed to dismantle.

The contrast couldn't be starker: Patriots who attended a peaceful rally on January 6th were hunted down by the FBI and given years in prison, while actual rioters attacking federal immigration operations walk free in Minneapolis.

"This is what sanctuary city policies look like in practice – not just protecting illegal immigrants, but protecting those who violently oppose immigration enforcement," said one law enforcement source familiar with the cases.

Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Trump Justice Department need to step in immediately. If local prosecutors won't uphold the rule of law, federal authorities must ensure that those obstructing ICE operations face serious consequences.

The American people voted overwhelmingly for mass deportations and border security. Radical prosecutors in Minneapolis have no right to undermine the will of the voters by letting anti-ICE rioters operate with impunity.

How long will we tolerate this blatant obstruction of justice while President Trump tries to secure our nation?

This is exactly why we need federal oversight of these leftist prosecutors. They're literally enabling lawlessness while our immigration agents are just trying to do their jobs and enforce the laws that Congress passed.

Couldn't agree more. These DAs think they can just pick and choose which laws to enforce based on their political agenda.

I live 20 minutes from Minneapolis and saw the damage from the 2020 riots firsthand. Now they're refusing to prosecute people who attack federal law enforcement? This is insanity and exactly why Minnesota keeps losing law-abiding residents to red states.
