The administrative state's judicial allies are at it again, Patriots. Despite TWO clear victories at the Supreme Court, activist lower court judges continue finding creative ways to block President Trump's common-sense immigration enforcement – specifically his efforts to end the abuse of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) that has become a backdoor amnesty program.

The Supreme Court has twice given Trump the green light to terminate TPS for Venezuelan nationals, yet federal district judges keep conjuring up new legal theories to obstruct the will of the American people who voted for secure borders and immigration law enforcement.

This is the Deep State playbook in action, folks. When they can't win at the ballot box, they run to their activist judges who put foreign nationals ahead of American citizens. These lower court judges know exactly what they're doing – creating endless delays and legal hurdles to run out the clock on Trump's agenda.

The TPS Scam Exposed

Let's be clear about what TPS has become under previous administrations: a permanent amnesty program disguised as "temporary" protection. Countries get designated, then those designations get renewed indefinitely, creating a shadow immigration system that bypasses Congress and the legal immigration process entirely.

President Trump is simply trying to restore the rule of law and ensure that "temporary" actually means temporary. But the administrative state and its judicial enforcers have other plans.

"Every time we try to enforce our immigration laws, some activist judge finds a reason to stop us. This is exactly why the American people gave us a mandate to drain the swamp."

These judicial games aren't just about immigration – they're about who actually runs this country. Is it the duly elected President and the will of the voters, or is it an unaccountable network of federal judges who think they know better than the American people?

The good news? Trump isn't backing down, and with a Republican Congress, there are tools available to fight back against this judicial tyranny. The question is: how long will Patriots tolerate a system where activist judges can indefinitely block the enforcement of our own immigration laws?

This is exactly why we need term limits for federal judges. They're supposed to interpret the law, not make policy from the bench!

100% agree! These lifetime appointments have created a shadow government that answers to no one.

How can lower courts keep overruling Supreme Court precedent like this? Shouldn't there be consequences when district judges ignore clear guidance from the highest court?

I live 30 miles from the border and see the reality every day. These judges sit in their ivory towers while we deal with the consequences of open borders. When will they finally listen to border communities?

Same here in Arizona. It's frustrating when people who've never lived near the border make decisions that affect our daily lives.
