The FBI is once again playing their old games, this time stonewalling Minnesota state investigators who are demanding access to evidence in the death of Alex Pretti during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation on January 24th.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) made a formal request for evidence and information related to Pretti's death, only to be met with a cold rejection from the same federal agency that has spent years targeting Patriots while protecting the establishment.

Now Minnesota investigators are scrambling to examine "all legal avenues" to get around the FBI's stone wall - a phrase that should send chills down every American's spine. When did our federal law enforcement become so corrupt that state investigators have to fight tooth and nail just to get basic evidence?

The Deep State Playbook Never Changes

This is classic Deep State behavior, folks. Hide the evidence, stonewall legitimate investigations, and hope the story dies in the news cycle. The FBI has perfected this playbook over decades of protecting their own interests while trampling on justice for ordinary Americans.

What exactly is the FBI trying to hide? Why won't they cooperate with state investigators who have every right to examine evidence in a death that occurred in their jurisdiction? These are the questions every American should be asking.

"The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has sought to access evidence and information related to the federal government's investigation into Pretti's death," according to officials familiar with the case.

Thank God we now have an America First administration that's committed to draining the swamp. President Trump and his team have made it clear they won't tolerate the kind of federal overreach and obstruction that defined the Biden regime.

The American people deserve transparency, not cover-ups. Minnesota investigators deserve cooperation, not stonewalling. And the Pretti family deserves answers, not bureaucratic games from an agency that has lost all credibility with Patriots across this great nation.

How many more cases like this are buried under layers of federal secrecy? It's time to expose the truth.

Does anyone know what specific information the FBI is refusing to share? I support law enforcement but accountability has to go both ways - even federal agencies need oversight when something goes wrong.

From what I read, they're withholding incident reports and refusing to let key personnel be interviewed. Classic cover-up tactics.

As someone who lives in Minnesota, I'm furious that our state investigators are being blocked from doing their job. We deserve answers about what happened, and the FBI's obstruction only makes this look worse.

This is exactly what we've been warning about for years - the deep state protecting their own at every turn. When federal agencies start stonewalling legitimate state investigations, you know there's something they're desperately trying to hide.

Couldn't agree more. The lack of transparency is telling - if there was nothing to hide, why not cooperate fully?
