The Deep State judicial resistance is alive and well, Patriots. Despite President Trump scoring not one but TWO victories at the Supreme Court to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelan migrants, rogue lower court judges are pulling every trick in the book to obstruct the Trump administration's America First immigration agenda.
The Supreme Court has already given Trump the green light to end TPS for immigrants from Venezuela twice. You'd think that would settle the matter, right? Wrong. The same activist judges who spent Trump's first term inventing new legal theories to block his policies are back at it again, finding creative ways to ignore the highest court in the land.
This is exactly the kind of judicial activism that everyday Americans are sick and tired of. We elect a president to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws, but unelected federal judges think they know better than both the voters AND the Supreme Court.
"These lower court judges are essentially in open rebellion against Supreme Court precedent," said one administration source familiar with the ongoing legal battles. "They're manufacturing new obstacles every time we clear the last hurdle."
The pattern is painfully familiar to anyone who watched Trump's first term. The administration wins at the Supreme Court, celebrates the victory, then watches as some Obama or Biden-appointed judge in a liberal district finds a new angle to block enforcement. It's lawfare, plain and simple.
TPS was designed as a temporary humanitarian program, not a backdoor pathway to permanent residency. But the immigration lobby and their judicial allies have weaponized the courts to turn "temporary" into "permanent" for hundreds of thousands of migrants who should have returned home years ago.
Meanwhile, American communities are left dealing with the consequences of this judicial obstruction – strained resources, overcrowded schools, and a completely undermined immigration system that rewards illegal entry over following the rules.
How many more Supreme Court victories will it take before lower court judges finally respect the rule of law? And why should American taxpayers continue funding the salaries of judges who openly defy the Constitution they swore to uphold?
