EXPOSED: Deep State FISA Court Taps Biden's Censorship Czar as Surveillance Advisor

The shadowy Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court has sparked outrage among Republican lawmakers after appointing Jennifer Daskal—a key figure in the Biden regime's failed "Disinformation Governance Board"—to serve as an advisor on surveillance matters.

Daskal, who helped craft the Orwellian censorship apparatus that Americans rightfully dubbed Biden's "Ministry of Truth," will now have influence over the same FISA process that was weaponized against President Trump during the Russia hoax witch hunt.

"This is absolutely outrageous," fumed one GOP lawmaker familiar with the appointment. "They're putting the fox in charge of the henhouse. This woman spent years trying to silence conservative voices, and now she's advising on government spying operations?"

Same Players, Same Deep State Games

The timing couldn't be more suspicious. Just as President Trump begins his second term promising to drain the swamp and dismantle the administrative state, the FISA court—already notorious for rubber-stamping surveillance requests against Trump associates—doubles down by embracing Biden's censorship architect.

Daskal's controversial tenure with the Disinformation Governance Board saw her pushing policies that would have given government bureaucrats unprecedented power to determine what Americans could say online. The board was ultimately shuttered after massive public backlash, but apparently the Deep State isn't done with her services.

"The American people rejected this authoritarian nonsense in November, but the administrative state keeps recycling the same anti-freedom operatives," said one conservative legal expert.

This appointment raises serious questions about whether the FISA court learned anything from its role in the illegal surveillance of Trump campaign officials. Instead of reforming, they're recruiting from the Biden regime's censorship brigade.

With Trump's new administration working to restore constitutional freedoms and end the weaponization of federal agencies, moves like this prove the Deep State isn't going down without a fight. Patriots must remain vigilant as these entrenched bureaucrats try to undermine the America First agenda from within.

How many more Obama and Biden holdovers are still embedded in our intelligence apparatus, working to sabotage the will of the American people?

FISA courts were supposed to protect us from foreign threats, not spy on American citizens who disagree with the regime!

This is exactly what we've been warning about for years! The deep state is real and they're not even trying to hide it anymore.

Absolutely right. The mask is completely off at this point.

So let me get this straight - the same person censoring Americans on social media is now advising on surveillance? Does anyone else see the terrifying pattern here?

The Fourth Amendment is basically dead at this point.

It's not a coincidence. This is coordinated suppression of our constitutional rights.

I remember when Democrats used to care about government overreach and surveillance. Now they're cheering it on as long as it targets conservatives.

My business got shadowbanned on three platforms last year for posting about election integrity. Now I see why - it's all connected from the top down.
