Georgia Senate candidate Derek Dooley—handpicked by Never-Trump Governor Brian Kemp—was caught on tape privately telling donors that President Trump "lost Georgia in 2020," according to exclusive audio obtained by the Washington Examiner.
The bombshell recording, captured at a February 6 campaign meet-and-greet, reveals what we've suspected all along: establishment Republicans will say whatever it takes to get elected, then knife conservatives in the back once they think the cameras are off.
This is the same Derek Dooley who's been desperately trying to win over Trump supporters in Georgia's Republican primary, set for May. Now we know what he really thinks of the MAGA movement and the millions of Georgia patriots who have legitimate concerns about the 2020 election.
Kemp's Hand-Picked Swamp Creature
It's no coincidence that Dooley has the backing of Brian Kemp, the Georgia governor who refused to fight for election integrity when it mattered most. Birds of a feather flock together, and establishment Republicans always protect their own—even when it means throwing Trump and his supporters under the bus.
"This recording proves what conservatives already knew: you can't trust RINOs to have your back when the chips are down," said one Georgia GOP activist who requested anonymity.
While President Trump continues to deliver results in his second term—securing the border, bringing jobs back, and putting America First—fake Republicans like Dooley are still playing the same tired games that cost us so much ground during the Biden regime years.
Georgia patriots deserve better than another two-faced politician who says one thing in public and another behind closed doors. The question now is whether Republican primary voters will see through Dooley's act before it's too late.
