The Supreme Court delivered a crushing betrayal to President Trump and the American people Friday, ruling 6-3 to strike down most of the President's tariffs that were designed to protect American workers and rebuild our manufacturing base. In what can only be described as judicial activism at its worst, six justices decided they know better than the Commander-in-Chief about protecting America's economic interests.
The Court's majority opinion claimed Trump "exceeded his constitutional authority" when he used the International Economic Emergency Powers Act to impose tariffs on countries that have been ripping off American workers for decades. Really? Since when is protecting American jobs and stopping China's economic warfare against our nation unconstitutional?
This ruling is a gift-wrapped present to the globalist establishment that has spent years trying to undermine Trump's America First trade policies. While American families struggle with the economic devastation left by the Biden regime, these unelected judges in their ivory towers have decided that foreign countries deserve better treatment than hardworking Americans.
"The President's use of emergency powers to address unfair trade practices goes beyond the constitutional scope of executive authority," the majority opinion stated.
What's truly outrageous is that three of these justices were appointed by Trump himself, yet they chose to stab him—and the American people—in the back when it mattered most. This is exactly why the deep state fights so hard to maintain control over our institutions, even the Supreme Court.
Globalists Celebrate While American Workers Suffer
You can bet the champagne is flowing in Beijing tonight. The Chinese Communist Party and their Wall Street allies have scored a major victory against American sovereignty, courtesy of our own Supreme Court. Meanwhile, American manufacturing workers will continue to lose jobs to unfair foreign competition that these tariffs were designed to stop.
President Trump fought harder than any president in decades to level the playing field for American workers, and this activist court has just handed our economic adversaries a massive win. The question every patriot should be asking is: whose side is the Supreme Court really on?
