Another day, another Democrat-backed candidate caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Federal Election Commission filings reveal that Nebraska Senate candidate Dan Osborn—who masqueraded as an 'independent' while carrying water for the radical left—funneled a staggering $388,000 in campaign and PAC money straight to his own family members.

The money trail shows Osborn steered over $350,000 from his campaign coffers to himself, his wife, his daughter, and his sister-in-law. That's nearly $400,000 in donor funds that went directly into the Osborn family bank accounts instead of actually fighting for Nebraska voters.

This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump has been fighting against for years. While hardworking Americans scraped together their hard-earned dollars to support what they thought was a legitimate campaign, Osborn was busy running a family enrichment scheme disguised as a Senate run.

The Swamp's Favorite Trick

Family payoffs from campaign funds have become the Democrat playbook's go-to move. Remember Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez paying her boyfriend through a PAC? Or Ilhan Omar funneling millions to her husband's consulting firm? Now we can add Dan Osborn to this rogues' gallery of campaign finance abuse.

What makes this even more outrageous is that Osborn tried to fool Nebraska voters by running as an 'independent' while maintaining deep ties to Democrat power brokers. He thought he could have it both ways—access to left-wing dark money while avoiding the Democrat brand that Nebraskans rightfully reject.

The swamp creatures always reveal themselves eventually. They can't help but show their true colors when there's money to be grabbed.

Thankfully, Nebraska voters saw through this charade and sent Osborn packing. But the fact that he felt comfortable openly looting his own campaign shows just how corrupt the Democrat political machine has become.

This is why we need fighters like President Trump who can't be bought and won't tolerate this kind of corruption. While the swamp feeds at the trough, real patriots are working to drain it once and for all.

How many more fake 'independents' are out there running family slush funds on the taxpayers' dime?

I actually voted for this guy in the primary - thank God he didn't win the general! Dodged a bullet there.

This is why I only donate to candidates I personally know and trust. Too many grifters in politics these days.

This is exactly why we need term limits and campaign finance reform! These career politicians think they can use donor money as their personal piggy bank.

Agreed! The swamp runs deep even at the state level.

Nearly $400K to family members? That's outrageous! What oversight mechanisms are in place to prevent this kind of corruption?

Unfortunately not enough. The FEC is toothless when it comes to enforcing these rules.

Drain the swamp! These establishment RINOs are just as corrupt as the Democrats.
