Just three weeks into President Trump's historic second term, the knives are already coming out from the Republican establishment. Rep. Don Bacon (R-NE) has emerged as the latest RINO to betray the America First agenda, telling colleagues that Congress won't lift a finger to help codify Trump's crucial tariffs into law after the Supreme Court's Friday ruling struck them down.

"Oh, I don't think they have the votes," Bacon smugly told the Washington Examiner, effectively telegraphing surrender before the fight even begins. This is exactly the kind of spineless, establishment thinking that Trump was elected to crush - twice.

While hardworking Americans are getting crushed by unfair trade deals and watching their jobs shipped overseas to China, Bacon is more concerned with playing nice with the Washington swamp than delivering on the promises that put Republicans back in power.

Deep State Courts Strike Again

The Supreme Court's Friday decision to overturn Trump's sweeping tariffs reeks of the same judicial activism that has plagued conservative presidencies for decades. These tariffs weren't just policy - they were a direct threat to the globalist establishment that has been selling out American workers for generations.

But instead of rallying around the President who delivered the most decisive Republican victory in decades, weak-kneed Republicans like Bacon are already waving the white flag.

"This is why we can't have nice things, Patriots. The moment Trump tries to put America First, the establishment - including Republicans - starts looking for excuses to cave."

What Bacon and his RINO allies don't understand is that tariffs aren't just about trade policy - they're about economic sovereignty. When we let China and other bad actors flood our markets with cheap goods made by slave labor, we're not just hurting American businesses, we're betraying American values.

Trump Needs Warriors, Not Wimps

President Trump didn't win a landslide victory so Republicans could immediately start making excuses about what's "politically possible." He won because Americans are tired of politicians who talk tough on the campaign trail and then fold like cheap suits the moment they face real opposition.

The question now is whether real America First Republicans will step up and primary these establishment sellouts, or if we'll continue to let RINOs like Bacon sabotage the agenda that voters clearly demanded. Patriots deserve better than politicians who surrender before the battle even begins.

Absolutely disgusted but not surprised. The swamp creatures always show their true colors when it comes to America First policies.

Can someone explain how tariffs would need a congressional bailout? I thought tariffs actually brought revenue INTO the government, not cost money.

You're right - tariffs generate revenue. Bacon is probably worried about pressure from businesses that import cheap foreign goods.

This is why we need Trump back in 2024! He's the only one willing to fight for American workers against both the Democrats AND the RINOs in our own party.

Bacon is such a disappointment! Trump's tariffs are exactly what we need to bring manufacturing back to America and stop China from stealing our jobs.

I voted for him twice but never again. Time for a real conservative in the primary.

RINO gonna RINO. These establishment Republicans care more about their donor friends than American workers.

I work in a factory that almost closed because of Chinese dumping. Trump's tariffs in 2018 saved our plant and 400 jobs. Bacon clearly doesn't understand what's at stake for working families.
