Just days after President Trump's immigration enforcement teams conducted successful operations in Minneapolis, sanctuary cities across America are circling the wagons and preparing for an all-out war against the administration's deportation agenda.
Washington Examiner chief political correspondent Byron York dropped a bombshell revelation on Fox Business, warning that Democrats are plotting to sabotage any congressional efforts to outlaw sanctuary city policies once and for all.
"It's pretty likely from everything we've seen that Democrats are going to do everything they can to stop this bill that would basically outlaw sanctuary cities," York told host Larry Kudlow Friday night.
"These blue city mayors would rather protect criminal illegal aliens than their own citizens. It's absolutely disgraceful."
The timing couldn't be more telling. While Americans cheered as ICE agents finally did their jobs in Minneapolis—rounding up illegal immigrants who've been thumbing their noses at our laws—Democrat-controlled cities from coast to coast are doubling down on their sanctuary status.

The Minneapolis operations proved that when ICE is allowed to do its job without political interference, results follow quickly. But sanctuary cities are determined to throw every legal obstacle they can in Trump's path.
