In a brazen display of contempt for American taxpayers, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez joined forces with New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani this week to produce a propaganda video specifically encouraging illegal immigrants to sign up for the city's taxpayer-funded childcare programs.
"Any New York City parent, regardless of your occupation, income, or immigration status, is eligible to sign their child up," AOC declared in the video, which was filmed entirely in Spanish—apparently targeting the very demographic that has flooded across our southern border during the Biden administration's disastrous tenure.
Think about that for a moment, Patriots. While hardworking American families are struggling to afford basic childcare costs that can run thousands of dollars per month, these radical Democrats are rolling out the red carpet for people who broke our immigration laws to get here in the first place.
"This is exactly the kind of taxpayer-funded magnet that President Trump was elected to shut down," said one immigration policy expert. "They're literally advertising benefits to illegal aliens while American citizens get pushed to the back of the line."
This shameless pandering comes at a time when President Trump's administration is working around the clock to implement the mass deportation program that voters demanded in November 2024. Instead of cooperating with federal immigration enforcement, New York's socialist leadership is doubling down on their sanctuary city policies that have turned the Big Apple into a magnet for illegal immigration.
The timing couldn't be more insulting to American families. While Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is working to secure our borders and enforce our immigration laws, Democrats like AOC are literally producing recruitment videos to help illegals access even more taxpayer benefits.
This is your tax dollars at work, folks. And it's exactly why the American people voted overwhelmingly to give President Trump a second term to finish the job of putting America First. How long will New Yorkers tolerate their elected officials prioritizing illegal immigrants over their own constituents?
