Left-wing activist groups are in full panic mode as they desperately petition the Supreme Court to overturn President Trump's groundbreaking executive order that ended birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants.

The case, Trump v. Barbara, will be heard by the justices in April and could deliver a massive victory for the America First agenda if the Court upholds Trump's January 2025 executive order targeting the abuse of the 14th Amendment.

For decades, radical open-borders advocates have twisted the 14th Amendment to create a massive loophole that incentivized illegal immigration through so-called "anchor babies." Trump's executive order finally addressed this constitutional crisis by clarifying that birthright citizenship only applies to children whose parents are legally present in the United States.

Deep State Resistance in Full Force

The usual suspects are lining up to oppose Trump's common-sense reform. George Soros-funded organizations and amnesty groups are throwing everything they have at this case, knowing it could end their favorite tool for demographic replacement.

These same groups stayed silent for years while millions of illegal immigrants exploited birthright citizenship to anchor themselves in America, creating a permanent underclass dependent on government handouts that Democrats could harvest for votes.

"President Trump is doing exactly what he promised - putting America and American citizens first," said one constitutional scholar. "The 14th Amendment was never intended to reward illegal entry with automatic citizenship."

The timing couldn't be more perfect. With Republicans controlling the government and Trump's deportation operations already removing criminal aliens by the thousands, ending birthright citizenship abuse would complete the trifecta of immigration enforcement.

Will Justice Prevail?

The Supreme Court now has the opportunity to restore constitutional sanity and end decades of judicial activism that turned immigration law upside down. With Trump's strong conservative majority on the Court, there's real hope that common sense will finally prevail.

Patriots across America are watching closely as the Deep State makes its last desperate stand against the will of the people. Will the Supreme Court stand with Trump and the Constitution, or will they cave to the radical left's temper tantrum? The answer could reshape American citizenship for generations to come.

Finally! Trump is doing exactly what he promised - putting America first and enforcing our laws as they were meant to be. The 14th Amendment was never intended to reward illegal border crossers with automatic citizenship for their children.

Exactly right Mike. The phrase 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' has been completely ignored for decades.

Can someone explain how this would actually work in practice? Would it only apply to new births or retroactively? I support the concept but curious about implementation.

From what I've read, it would only apply going forward, not retroactively. Past citizenship grants would remain valid.

Of course they're begging - their entire open borders agenda depends on birthright citizenship as an incentive for illegal immigration. My tax dollars shouldn't be funding benefits for people who broke our laws to get here.
