In yet another example of Trump Derangement Syndrome reaching new lows, Rep. Seth Moulton (D-MA) launched a vile attack on President Trump during Saturday's broadcast of MSNBC's "Velshi," claiming Trump cared more about Iranian citizens than Americans killed in Minneapolis.
The Massachusetts Democrat, discussing recent strikes on Iran, accused Trump of hypocrisy for promising to stop Iran's regime from murdering its own people while allegedly not caring about "killing our own people in Minneapolis" - a clear reference to the 2020 riots that Democrats like Moulton helped enable.
The LEFT'S Selective Memory on Violence
Moulton's comments reveal the stunning disconnect of the radical left. While President Trump has consistently stood for law and order - both at home and abroad - it was Democrats who spent 2020 defending "mostly peaceful protests" that left dozens dead and billions in property damage across American cities.
The irony is rich: Moulton attacks Trump for wanting to protect Iranian dissidents from a brutal theocratic regime while conveniently forgetting that his own party cheered on the very riots that terrorized Minneapolis residents for months.
"These are the same Democrats who told us burning down police stations was the 'language of the unheard' but now want to lecture Trump about protecting human rights," said one conservative analyst.
Trump's AMERICA FIRST Doctrine in Action
What Moulton fails to understand - or deliberately ignores - is that President Trump's approach to Iran serves American interests first and foremost. By supporting Iranian freedom fighters against the mullahs, Trump is weakening a regime that chants "Death to America" and funds terrorism worldwide.
Meanwhile, Trump has been the strongest law-and-order president in modern history, backing our police and cracking down on the very violence that Democrats like Moulton enabled in cities like Minneapolis.
Patriots across America see right through Moulton's desperate attempt to rewrite history. The question is: when will Massachusetts voters finally hold this anti-American extremist accountable for his radical rhetoric?
