Another Washington swamp creature has been caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) is now under investigation by the House Ethics Committee for allegedly engaging in "improper reimbursement practices" that allowed her to pocket taxpayer money she wasn't entitled to receive.

According to a bombshell report released Monday, the Office of Congressional Conduct found substantial evidence suggesting Mace systematically sought reimbursements that "exceeded her actual expenses" - essentially running a personal slush fund operation on the American people's dime.

This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump promised to drain when he returned to Washington. While Trump and his team are working tirelessly to cut government waste through Elon Musk's DOGE initiative, we've got supposedly "conservative" members of Congress allegedly running their own personal ATM schemes.

The RINO Problem Continues

Mace has been a problematic figure for the MAGA movement, often breaking ranks with President Trump and conservative principles when it matters most. Her flip-flopping on key issues and now this ethics scandal raise serious questions about whether she's truly fighting for the America First agenda or just enriching herself at taxpayers' expense.

The timing couldn't be worse for Mace, as the Trump administration is laser-focused on government accountability and fiscal responsibility. While President Trump is keeping his promise to be a steward of taxpayer dollars, members of his own party are allegedly treating the federal treasury like their personal piggy bank.

Patriots deserve better than politicians who campaign on conservative values but allegedly engage in the same corrupt practices we've come to expect from the Washington establishment. The House Ethics Committee must conduct a thorough investigation and hold Mace accountable if these allegations prove true.

How many more RINOs need to be exposed before the Republican Party finally cleans house?

Finally! I've been saying for months that something didn't add up with her financial disclosures. The swamp creatures always think they're above the law.

Same here - her voting record has been suspicious too. Follow the money!

What specific financial misconduct are we talking about here? The article mentions an ethics probe but I'd like to see more details about the actual allegations.

As someone from her district, this is deeply disappointing but not shocking. We need representatives who actually represent US, not their own bank accounts.

Fellow SC resident here - completely agree. Time for new blood in Congress.
