Another woke institution has been forced to abandon its racist policies after initially mocking those who dared challenge their discrimination. Michigan law firm Buckfire & Buckfire, P.C. has quietly agreed to remove race-based language from its scholarship criteria and settle a lawsuit they once arrogantly dismissed as "completely frivolous."

The firm reached an agreement Monday with Do No Harm and the American Alliance for Equal Rights, the same groups that have been systematically dismantling discriminatory DEI programs across America. What makes this victory particularly sweet? The law firm's complete about-face after initially sneering at the constitutional challenge to their race-based scholarship program.

This capitulation comes as the Trump administration continues its aggressive push to eliminate woke policies from every corner of American society. With the Supreme Court's Students for Fair Admissions decision providing the legal framework, groups like Do No Harm are methodically targeting institutions that think they can continue discriminating based on skin color.

The Arrogance Crumbles

When first confronted with their unconstitutional practices, Buckfire & Buckfire showed the typical leftist arrogance we've come to expect from DEI devotees. They called the lawsuit "completely frivolous" - apparently believing their virtue signaling made them immune to the Constitution.

How's that working out for them now?

This settlement represents more than just one law firm backing down. It's part of a nationwide awakening as Americans reject the poisonous ideology that judges people by their race rather than their character and merit. The Trump administration's commitment to ending "woke" policies in government is inspiring similar cleanups throughout the private sector.

The Dominoes Keep Falling

From corporate America to academia, institutions are finally recognizing that their DEI programs aren't just morally wrong - they're legally indefensible. The era of institutionalized racism disguised as "diversity" is coming to an end, one lawsuit at a time.

Patriots across America should take note: when we stand up to woke bullies, they fold. When we challenge their discriminatory practices in court, they settle. The question is: how many more institutions are quietly maintaining these unconstitutional programs, hoping nobody notices?

These law firms called it 'frivolous' but caved immediately when faced with real legal pressure. Makes you wonder how many other organizations are doing this same discriminatory practice behind closed doors.

Finally! Merit-based selection is the only fair way forward. My daughter was rejected from multiple programs despite having excellent grades while watching less qualified students get accepted based on race alone.

Same thing happened to my son. The system has been broken for years - glad to see these lawsuits are working!
