Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Texas) proved once again that Democrats only believe in democracy when they're winning, storming out of her own Texas Senate primary watch party and immediately blaming Republicans for "rigging" her race against fellow Democrat.
The meltdown came after the Texas Supreme Court issued an emergency ruling that scrapped a lower court judge's order to keep Dallas County polls open later. Instead of graciously accepting the legal decision, Crockett threw a public tantrum that would make a toddler blush.
"This is what Republicans like to do," Crockett whined to her stunned supporters before abandoning her own campaign event. Because apparently, when you're losing to another Democrat in a Democratic primary, it's still somehow the GOP's fault.
Social media users quickly called out Crockett's pathetic display. Twitter user @NahBabyNahNah captured the absurdity perfectly: "Complaining Rep. Jasmine Crockett leaves own Texas Senate primary watch party, accuses GOP of election meddling." The post highlighted just how desperate and unhinged the congresswoman appeared to voters.
"Sorry, but when you can't even handle losing gracefully to someone in your own party, maybe you shouldn't be running for higher office," one observer noted on social media.
This is the same Jasmine Crockett who has spent years lecturing Americans about "threats to democracy" while supporting every radical left agenda item from defunding police to open borders. Now she's crying foul over a perfectly legal court decision because it didn't favor her political ambitions.
The irony is thick as molasses. Democrats spent four years claiming Trump was a threat to democracy for questioning election procedures, yet here's Crockett doing exactly that – but over a Democratic primary she's apparently losing to another Democrat!
Under President Trump's second term, Americans are getting a clear view of how the radical left operates: rules for thee, but not for me. When they win, it's democracy in action. When they lose, it's somehow a Republican conspiracy.
Patriots across Texas are watching this embarrassing display and asking the obvious question: if Crockett can't handle losing a primary without having a public meltdown, how could she possibly handle the real pressures of higher office?
