In a stunning display of political honesty rarely seen from the left, Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) has thrown his own Democratic Party under the bus, declaring they've been "absolutely wrong" and "consistently" misguided since the October 7 Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel.
Speaking on NewsNation's "Cuomo" Wednesday night, Fetterman didn't mince words about his party's failures. The Pennsylvania Democrat argued that the ceasefire demands pushed by his fellow Democrats would only benefit Hamas terrorists, not innocent civilians.
But here's where it gets really interesting, Patriots – Fetterman is now actually DEFENDING Trump's military strikes against Iran, something his Trump Derangement Syndrome-afflicted colleagues refuse to acknowledge as successful.
"I can't [understand why] we can't celebrate that so far," Fetterman said, referring to the Trump administration's decisive action against Iranian targets. Social media user @LadyRedWave captured the absurdity perfectly, tweeting: "Why can't AMERICANS Unite on ANYTHING? Dems need to give the HATE a break."
The reaction from the radical left has been swift and predictable. One angry Democrat on Twitter, @LookmaniO44971, essentially threatened Fetterman's political future, writing: "Fetterman can forget being in the senate the next 2 yrs. He'd be primaried & he'd lose to any Dem. He's in the mold of Sinema & Manchin."
Think about that for a moment – Democrats are now threatening to primary their own members for simply acknowledging reality and supporting America's national security interests. This is the modern Democratic Party, folks: a party so consumed with Trump hatred that they can't even celebrate successful military operations that protect American interests.
Meanwhile, @bmcdowelrn noted how Fetterman "criticizes fellow Democrats for not seeing Trump admin's strikes on Iran as successful" – something that should be obvious to anyone who actually wants America to win.
This isn't just about foreign policy – it's about a Democrat finally admitting what we've known all along: his party has been wrong about everything since October 7. Wrong about Israel, wrong about Hamas, wrong about Iran, and wrong about putting America first.
The question now is: will more Democrats find the courage to break from their party's anti-American agenda, or will they continue marching lockstep toward electoral disaster?
