Just when you think the radical left can't sink any lower, they find a way to surprise us all. After ISIS terrorists launched coordinated attacks on American soil Thursday—including a ramming attack on a Michigan synagogue and another assault in Virginia—Norfolk's woke District Attorney delivered what can only be described as the most unhinged press conference in recent memory.
While patriotic Americans were still processing the horror of yet another Islamic terror spree on our homeland, this leftist prosecutor seemed more concerned with protecting the attackers than seeking justice for victims. The stunning display of misplaced priorities perfectly encapsulates everything wrong with our corrupted justice system under decades of progressive influence.
When Weakness Becomes Policy
The Thursday attacks should have been a wake-up call for any serious law enforcement official. A Lebanese Muslim terrorist rammed his vehicle into a synagogue in Michigan before opening fire, only stopped by armed security guards who neutralized the threat. Simultaneously, another attack unfolded in Virginia, part of what appears to be a coordinated assault on innocent Americans.
Yet instead of projecting strength and promising swift justice, Norfolk's DA delivered rambling excuses and politically correct platitudes that would make even the most seasoned swamp creature blush. This is what happens when we allow radical ideologues to infiltrate our justice system—they become more concerned with protecting criminals than defending victims.
"This is exactly the kind of weak-kneed response that emboldens terrorists and puts American lives at risk," said one law enforcement source familiar with the case.
President Trump's administration has made tremendous strides in restoring law and order to our federal agencies, but local prosecutors like this Norfolk DA prove we still have a long way to go in draining the swamp at every level of government.
The Real Threat to America
Make no mistake, Patriots—the greatest threat to our safety isn't just the terrorists themselves, but the useful idiots in positions of power who refuse to take them seriously. When our own prosecutors sound more like defense attorneys for Islamic extremists, we know we're in serious trouble.
How many more attacks will it take before these woke DAs wake up to reality? And more importantly, how long will We the People tolerate this madness?
