A shocking criminal referral has been made to the Department of Justice against former Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and current Attorney General Keith Ellison in connection with an $800 million Somali daycare fraud scheme that has rocked the state's political establishment to its core.

Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna made the explosive move to refer both Democratic officials for potential criminal charges, claiming she possesses damning evidence—including audio recordings—that prove they were knowingly complicit in covering up massive welfare fraud that has been bleeding taxpayers dry for years.

The scandal erupted after a Somali mother of seven was convicted of defrauding American taxpayers out of $800,000 in a sprawling daycare fraud operation. But patriots, this is just the tip of the iceberg. According to Luna's bombshell allegations, Walz had foreknowledge of this massive fraud scheme as far back as 2018 but chose to stay silent to protect his political interests and appease Somali community leaders.

Audio Evidence Exposes Political Corruption

Perhaps most damning is Luna's claim that she has audio recordings of AG Ellison allegedly agreeing to engage in political quid pro quos with Somali leaders. If true, this represents a stunning betrayal of the American people who trusted these officials to protect their tax dollars, not hand them over to fraudsters.

The scope of this fraud is staggering. SBA Administrator Kelly has already revealed that California and Minnesota alone saw over $10 billion in pandemic fraud. Meanwhile, the Government Accountability Office estimates that approximately half a trillion dollars are stolen from federal programs annually. Half a trillion dollars! That's your money, folks—money that should be going to genuinely needy American families.

Trump Administration Takes Action

Fortunately, President Trump's administration isn't sitting idly by. The DOJ has created a new National Fraud Enforcement division under Assistant Attorney General Colin McDonald, specifically targeting these corruption schemes. Vice President Vance is leading a fraud task force that's sweeping across states, finally bringing the accountability that was nowhere to be found under the previous administration.

This is exactly why Americans voted for Trump—to drain the swamp and hold corrupt officials accountable, regardless of party. While Democrats like Walz and Ellison allegedly turned a blind eye to fraud or actively defended the fraudsters, the Trump administration is putting America First and protecting taxpayers.

How many more Democratic officials have been complicit in these schemes? With Trump's DOJ on the case, we're about to find out.

I live in Minnesota and have been following this story for months. The local media here barely covered it, but we all knew something was fishy with how that money was being distributed. Thank God someone is finally taking action.

800 MILLION?! How does fraud on this scale even happen without proper oversight? This is why government programs need serious reform.

Because Democrats don't care about fiscal responsibility when it's not their money being wasted.

FINALLY! Someone is holding these corrupt politicians accountable. Walz has been sliding by for too long while Minnesota taxpayers get robbed blind.

Can someone explain what specific role Walz allegedly played in this scheme? I want to make sure I understand the full scope before sharing this with friends.
