BUSTED: Virginia Democrats' Gerrymandering Scam REJECTED by Voters in New Poll

Virginia Democrats are getting a harsh reality check from their own constituents, as a new Heritage Action poll exposes massive opposition to their latest power grab disguised as "redistricting reform."

The poll shows a devastating 43 percent of Virginians are opposed to changing the state constitution through the Democrats' proposed referendum, while only 26 percent support the scheme. That's nearly a 2-to-1 rejection of what Democrats are trying to sell as "fair maps."

But here's what the left-wing politicians won't tell you: this isn't about fairness at all. It's about Democrats rigging the system in their favor after getting outmaneuvered in previous redistricting cycles. When Republicans win through legitimate political processes, suddenly Democrats discover a burning passion for "reform."

The Democrat Playbook Exposed

This is the same tired playbook we've seen from coast to coast. When Democrats control redistricting, it's "democracy in action." When they lose control, suddenly the whole system is corrupt and needs to be "reformed" – conveniently in ways that benefit their party.

Virginia patriots aren't buying it. They see through the manipulative language and understand that this constitutional change would hand more power to unelected bureaucrats and activist judges who will draw maps favorable to the radical left agenda.

"Virginians understand that changing our constitution shouldn't be done to benefit one political party over another," a Heritage Action spokesperson noted.

The fact that 31 percent of respondents remain undecided shows there's still work to be done in educating voters about what this referendum really means. Democrats are counting on voter confusion and misleading campaign rhetoric to slip this through.

Trump's Influence Still Strong

This poll result also reflects the continued influence of President Trump's America First movement in Virginia. Voters who supported Trump's decisive 2024 victory understand that Democrats can't be trusted with constitutional changes when they've spent years trying to undermine our electoral system.

The question now is whether Virginia Republicans will capitalize on this clear public opposition to expose the Democrats' gerrymandering scam once and for all. Will Virginia voters stand up to this constitutional power grab, or will they let Democrats manipulate them into giving away their voice in future elections?

I've been following Virginia politics for 30 years and this is one of the most blatant gerrymandering attempts I've ever seen. Glad to see everyday Virginians aren't falling for it.

What's the next step now that voters have rejected this? Can we push for truly independent redistricting instead of letting politicians draw their own districts?

This is exactly what we saw happen in my district in 2021. They tried to slice and dice our community to dilute our voting power, but we organized and fought back.

The mainstream media won't cover this because it doesn't fit their narrative. Thank goodness for independent journalism exposing the truth!

Finally! Virginia voters are seeing through the Democrats' obvious power grab. Fair districts mean fair representation - it's that simple.

Absolutely right. The maps they were pushing were a joke - anyone with eyes could see they were trying to pack Republican voters.

About time voters woke up to this scam!

This gives me hope that Virginia isn't lost to the radical left. When you explain the issue clearly to voters, they choose fairness over partisan manipulation every time.

Same here! I was getting worried about the direction of our state, but maybe there's still hope for 2025.

Does anyone know what the exact polling numbers were? I'd love to share this with my local GOP committee but want to have all the details.

The article mentions it was rejected by a significant margin, but I'm looking for the crosstabs too. This could be huge for 2024.
