EXPOSED: American Bar Association RUNS When Conservatives Challenge Their Law School MONOPOLY

The American Bar Association just showed their true colors – and it's the color of cowardice. When faced with a conservative panel ready to expose their monopolistic grip over law school accreditation, the ABA's expected representative mysteriously vanished faster than Hunter Biden's laptop from mainstream media coverage.

This isn't just another no-show. This is a powerful legal giant running scared as Trump allies turn up the heat on their corrupt stranglehold over America's legal education system. The ABA has wielded their accreditation power like a weapon, forcing law schools to bow down to their woke ideology or face extinction.

For too long, the American Bar Association has operated as the unofficial gatekeeper of the legal profession, deciding which law schools can survive and which must die. They've used this power to push radical leftist agendas, forcing future lawyers to swallow progressive poison pills disguised as "education."

The Deep State's Legal Wing

Think about it, Patriots – why would the ABA run from a simple panel discussion unless they knew their monopoly couldn't stand up to scrutiny? They've gotten comfortable operating in the shadows, pulling strings and shaping the minds of tomorrow's judges, prosecutors, and attorneys without anyone asking tough questions.

But Trump's allies aren't backing down. They smell blood in the water, and rightfully so. The ABA's accreditation racket has gone unchallenged for far too long, creating an army of leftist lawyers who see the Constitution as a suggestion rather than the supreme law of the land.

"When you can't defend your actions in public, you're probably doing something wrong," one conservative legal scholar noted about the ABA's conspicuous absence.

This cowardly retreat by the ABA proves they know their time is up. President Trump's second term has emboldened conservatives to take on the institutional rot that has infected every corner of American society – and the legal establishment's monopoly is squarely in the crosshairs.

The question isn't whether the ABA's accreditation monopoly will fall – it's how quickly Americans will demand accountability from these legal overlords who've been rigging the game for decades.

I practiced law for 30 years and watched the ABA get more and more political. They care more about diversity quotas than producing competent attorneys who understand the Constitution.

Good article but I wish it went deeper into specific examples of how the ABA silences conservative voices in legal education.

About time! The ABA has become just another leftist institution.

Can someone explain what alternatives exist to ABA accreditation? Are there any conservative law schools that have broken free from their control?

A few states allow graduates from non-ABA schools to sit for the bar, but it's very limited. We need more options!

The free market should determine which law schools succeed, not some unelected bureaucrats at the ABA. Competition breeds excellence!

Absolutely right. Government-protected monopolies always lead to corruption and decline in quality.

This is why our legal system is so broken. When you control who becomes lawyers, you control the entire justice system. Wake up, people!

My nephew couldn't get into any decent law school despite excellent grades because he wrote his personal statement about constitutional originalism. Coincidence? I think not.

FINALLY someone is calling out the ABA's stranglehold on legal education! They've been gatekeeping the profession for decades while pushing their liberal agenda.

Exactly! They accredit schools based on politics, not quality of education.
