The American Bar Association just showed their true colors – and they're yellow. When faced with tough questions about their monopolistic stranglehold over law school accreditation, the legal establishment's representatives suddenly developed a case of cold feet and refused to show up to a conservative panel designed to expose their corrupt system.

This cowardly no-show comes as President Trump's allies are turning up the heat on the ABA's decades-long control over legal education in America. The panel was specifically organized to shine a spotlight on how this unelected organization has weaponized accreditation to push woke ideology and maintain their iron grip over who gets to practice law in this country.

Think about it, Patriots – why would the ABA run scared from a simple panel discussion if they had nothing to hide? The answer is obvious: they know their monopoly is indefensible and they're terrified of being exposed in front of the American people.

The Deep State's Legal Wing

For too long, the American Bar Association has operated as the gatekeeper of legal education, deciding which law schools can operate and essentially controlling who enters the legal profession. This gives them unprecedented power to shape the entire justice system according to their radical leftist agenda.

Under their watch, law schools have become indoctrination centers pumping out social justice warriors instead of Constitutional scholars. They've used their accreditation power to force schools to embrace diversity quotas, climate change activism, and other woke nonsense that has nothing to do with producing competent lawyers.

"The ABA's monopoly over legal education is just another arm of the administrative state that needs to be dismantled," one Trump ally noted.

Now that Trump is back in the White House with a mandate to drain the swamp, these entrenched interests are running scared. They know their days of operating in the shadows without accountability are numbered.

The question every American should be asking is simple: If the ABA's control over legal education is so beneficial, why won't they defend it in public? Their cowardly retreat tells you everything you need to know about the legitimacy of their monopoly over American justice.

Been practicing for 15 years and can confirm - the legal establishment absolutely gatekeeps who gets in. They're more interested in pushing their ideology than teaching actual law. What specific reforms are being proposed to break up this stranglehold?

We need to start by ending the ABA's accreditation monopoly. Let states decide their own bar requirements!

This explains why we keep getting activist judges who think they can rewrite the Constitution from the bench. When law schools are controlled by leftist academics, what do you expect?

Finally someone is calling out the law school monopoly! My daughter wanted to go to law school but couldn't afford the astronomical tuition at ABA-approved schools. Meanwhile, these same lawyers are making it impossible for alternative paths to practice law.

Same thing happened to my nephew. The whole system is designed to keep regular Americans out of the legal profession.
