Nicol Suarez, a 31-year-old biological male from Colombia who identifies as transgender, pled guilty to second-degree rape last week in exchange for just six months behind bars – a sentence already completed while awaiting trial. This sweetheart deal comes despite the fact that second-degree rape in New York typically carries a sentence of two to seven years in prison.
Let that sink in, Patriots. A foreign criminal who had no right to be in our country in the first place brutally victimized an American child, and Bragg's office essentially gave him a slap on the wrist.
