Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office has reached an absolutely disgraceful plea deal with a Colombian illegal alien who brutally raped a 14-year-old boy, allowing the predator to walk free after serving just six months in jail.
Nicol Suarez, a 31-year-old biological male who claims to be transgender, pled guilty to second-degree rape last week in exchange for the pathetically light sentence. The twisted part? Suarez has already served his "punishment" while awaiting trial and is now free to roam our streets again.
This is the same Alvin Bragg who spent years obsessively pursuing President Trump with bogus charges while giving actual violent criminals a free pass. In New York, second-degree rape typically carries a sentence of two to seven years – but apparently that's too harsh for Bragg when it comes to illegal aliens who prey on American children.
Where's the Justice for the Victim?
While Bragg was busy weaponizing his office against political opponents, a 14-year-old American boy was failed by the very system that should have protected him. This child will carry the trauma of this attack for the rest of his life, while his attacker – who shouldn't have been in our country in the first place – gets to walk free after a measly six months.
This case perfectly encapsulates everything wrong with our broken immigration and justice systems under Democrat leadership. An illegal alien commits one of the most heinous crimes imaginable against a child, and liberal prosecutors treat it like a minor offense.
"This is exactly why President Trump's mass deportation agenda is so critical – we cannot allow predators like this to remain in our communities," said one immigration advocate.
Thank God we now have the Trump-Vance administration working around the clock to round up criminal illegal aliens and ship them back where they came from. This monster should have been deported long ago, and cases like this prove why Trump's immigration crackdown can't happen fast enough.
How many more American children have to suffer while soft-on-crime prosecutors like Bragg prioritize politics over public safety?
