Nicol Suarez, a 31-year-old illegal immigrant who identifies as transgender, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape last week in exchange for a pathetic six-month sentence – time he had already served while awaiting trial. This monster is now back on the streets, free to potentially victimize more children.
Let that sink in, Patriots. A grown man who shouldn't have been in our country in the first place sexually assaulted a minor and got what amounts to a slap on the wrist from Bragg's pro-criminal office. In New York, second-degree rape typically carries a sentence of two to seven years – but apparently that's too harsh for Bragg when it comes to protecting illegal aliens.

This appalling miscarriage of justice is exactly what we've come to expect from Alvin Bragg, the same radical DA who spent years trying to persecute President Trump while coddling actual violent criminals. While Bragg was busy pursuing his political witch hunt against Trump, predators like Suarez were getting golden tickets back onto our streets.
This case perfectly illustrates why President Trump's mass deportation agenda is so critical for protecting American children. How many more innocent kids have to suffer because liberal prosecutors refuse to enforce our laws and secure our borders?
