The numbers don't lie, Patriots - and they're absolutely devastating for the swamp creatures in Congress. While a measly 20% of Americans approve of Congress's performance, a whopping 80% of voters demand the common-sense voter verification measures in the SAVE Act. So what does our do-nothing legislative branch do? They go on spring break.
This stunning disconnect between what We the People want and what our so-called representatives deliver exposes the rot at the heart of Washington's political establishment. The SAVE Act, which would require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections, enjoys FOUR TIMES the approval rating of the institution that refuses to pass it.
The contrast couldn't be starker. Americans are demanding election integrity while Congress dithers and delays. Social media is exploding with frustration at congressional dysfunction, with one user calling for the removal of Senator Ed Markey, posting: "I formally call for the removal of Ed Markey from Congress! He has shown his disapproval of the Constitution several times!"
Trump Administration Faces Coordinated Attack
Meanwhile, the usual suspects are working overtime to undermine President Trump's second-term agenda. Liberal activists like @mmpadellan are pushing dubious polling claims about Trump's approval ratings, desperately trying to manufacture a narrative of failure even as the President delivers on his America First promises.
Another critic tried linking everything from NASA studies to the ongoing Iran situation to somehow damage Trump and Vice President JD Vance, showing how unhinged the left has become in their opposition to conservative governance.
"an expensive distraction from Iran War; ICE cruelty; dysfunctional Congress; Trump / @JDVance disapproval-- and Epstein."
But here's the real question Americans should be asking: If 80% of voters support basic election integrity measures, why isn't Congress working around the clock to pass the SAVE Act instead of taking another taxpayer-funded vacation?
The answer reveals everything wrong with Washington - they serve themselves, not the American people who sent them there.
