Another American family has been destroyed by California's deadly sanctuary policies, as two illegal aliens who should have been deported instead gunned down a 24-year-old mother in cold blood after local officials ignored federal immigration detainer requests.
Kembery Chirinos-Flores was found bleeding from gunshot wounds in her car in Sunnyvale on January 7th. The young mother was pronounced dead at the scene, leaving behind a heartbroken 5-year-old son who will now grow up without his mother – all because California chose to protect criminal illegal aliens over innocent Americans.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, the two suspects charged with Kembery's murder include Gerzon Chirinos-Munguia and Alfonso Inestroza, both illegal immigrants who had previous run-ins with law enforcement. Chirinos-Munguia was arrested for domestic battery in 2019 but was released despite ICE's detainer request.

This is exactly the kind of preventable tragedy that President Trump's mass deportation agenda is designed to stop. Under the new Trump-Vance administration, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and ICE are finally getting the backing they need to remove dangerous criminal aliens before they can destroy more American families.

How many more Kemberys have to die before these sanctuary state politicians are held accountable? This young woman should be alive today, watching her son grow up. Instead, she's dead because California Democrats value virtue signaling over public safety.
