The Deep State strikes again. A federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a groundbreaking settlement between President Trump's IRS and churches that would have finally restored religious freedom to America's houses of worship.
The agreement would have allowed pastors and congregations to endorse political candidates without the government threatening to strip away their tax-exempt status. But apparently, one unelected federal judge thinks he knows better than the Constitution.
This is exactly the kind of government overreach that Patriots have been fighting against for decades. For too long, the IRS has wielded the Johnson Amendment like a club over churches, silencing pastors who dare to speak Biblical truth about candidates and issues.
Religious Freedom Under Attack
Think about how backwards this is, folks. Churches that have served their communities for generations, feeding the poor and caring for families, are threatened by their own government for exercising the very First Amendment rights that built this nation.
Meanwhile, left-wing activist groups masquerading as "charities" openly promote radical Democrat candidates without a peep from the IRS. The double standard is absolutely staggering.
President Trump understood what the Founding Fathers knew – that faith and civic engagement go hand in hand. That's why his administration worked to restore the religious liberty that government bureaucrats have been chipping away at for years.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
It's right there in black and white, but apparently judicial activists think they can rewrite the Constitution from the bench.
The Fight Continues
This setback shows exactly why President Trump's mission to drain the swamp is more important than ever. Every federal courthouse seems packed with judges who put progressive politics above constitutional rights.
But here's what the establishment doesn't understand – the American people are wide awake. We see through their games, and we're not backing down.
Churches built the moral foundation of this country, and no activist judge is going to silence them now. The fight for religious freedom continues, and Patriots will not rest until every pastor can speak truth without fear of government retaliation.
