Sheryl Davis, 57, who served as San Francisco's so-called "human rights" chief, has been slapped with 17 felony charges for allegedly looting funds from charities meant to help homeless children and George Floyd-related causes.
According to prosecutors, Davis misappropriated funds from a nonprofit that received a whopping $3.5 million in city taxpayer money specifically designated to help homeless children. The charges include conflict of interest in government contracts, perjury, and misappropriating public funds – basically the Democrat playbook for personal enrichment.
Think about the sick irony here, Patriots. This woman was literally tasked with defending "human rights" while simultaneously stealing from the most vulnerable children in her city. She wrapped herself in the George Floyd cause and homeless advocacy while allegedly filling her own pockets with money meant for kids sleeping on the streets.
Whistleblower Exposes the Grift
Thankfully, a brave whistleblower came forward to expose this alleged corruption – because we sure couldn't count on San Francisco's Democrat leadership to police themselves. It took someone with actual integrity to blow the lid off this operation.
This is exactly what President Trump has been talking about when he calls out the swamp creatures who use social justice causes as their personal ATM machines. These leftist activists talk a big game about helping the oppressed while they're busy oppressing taxpayers and stealing from children.
