Once again, a President Biden-nominated federal judge has handed down a pathetically light sentence to a registered sex offender, and patriots are asking tough questions about why Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) helped confirm these radical judicial activists in the first place.
The latest outrageous example of Biden's soft-on-crime judiciary comes as Trump's Justice Department works to restore law and order after four years of the Biden regime coddling criminals and protecting predators over innocent Americans.
But here's what's really infuriating: Graham, who sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee, repeatedly voted to confirm Biden's judicial nominees despite clear warnings from conservative groups about their radical records. While real Republicans like Senator Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz fought tooth and nail against these appointments, Graham played nice with Democrats and gave them exactly what they wanted.
The RINO Problem in Our Own Party
This is exactly why President Trump's America First agenda faces opposition not just from Democrats, but from establishment Republicans who care more about cocktail party invitations than protecting our children. Graham's record of confirming liberal judges is a betrayal of every parent who trusted him to stand guard against judicial activism.
"We warned Senator Graham that these Biden judges would be disasters for public safety," said one conservative judicial watchdog group. "But he chose to play politics instead of protecting families."
Now that Republicans control the government again, it's time for accountability. President Trump and his team are working overtime to clean up the mess left by the Biden administration, but they shouldn't have to fight battles that could have been prevented if our own senators had done their jobs.
The American people deserve better than senators who talk tough on the campaign trail but fold like cheap suits when it matters most. Our children's safety isn't a bargaining chip for political games in Washington.
How many more victims will suffer because establishment Republicans like Graham chose compromise over conviction?
