The systematic replacement of American workers with foreigners has now infiltrated the medical profession, with qualified American medical graduates losing residency spots to foreign workers in what critics are calling a betrayal of our own citizens.

Conservative commentator Daniel Horowitz, who has been exposing the H-1B visa scam for years, is now sounding the alarm about this disturbing trend hitting medicine. While American students rack up hundreds of thousands in debt to attend medical school, they're being passed over for the very residency positions they need to practice medicine.

This isn't happening by accident, folks. It's the same deliberate pattern we've seen destroy American opportunities in tech, software engineering, and other STEM fields through programs like H-1B visas and the OPT program that keeps foreign graduates in American jobs.

"Always replacing American workers, the H-1B visas must be revoked!!!!!" tweeted @jdbagley64, echoing the frustration of millions of Americans watching their career prospects vanish.

The betrayal runs deep. American patriots who invested their lives and finances into becoming doctors are now being told there's no room for them, while foreign workers slide into positions that should rightfully belong to Americans first.

One concerned citizen took the fight directly to President Trump, tweeting: "Mr President, clearly big tech companies didn't get the hint and are continuing to replace American jobs under the excuse of AI while just replacing American workers with cheap foreign labor. This has to be stopped!"

This is exactly the kind of America Last policy that Trump campaigned against. Our medical system should prioritize American graduates who understand our culture, speak our language fluently, and have invested in American medical education.

Time for Action

The Trump administration must investigate how foreign workers are being prioritized over Americans in medical residencies. This represents a national security issue – our healthcare system should be staffed by Americans who are loyal to America, not foreign nationals who may leave the country after gaining experience at our expense.

How many more American dreams must be crushed before we put America First in our own medical system?

The residency shortage is artificial - hospitals prefer foreign workers because they're cheaper and more compliant. It's all about profit over American workers and patients.

How is this even legal? We're subsidizing medical education with taxpayer dollars only to import foreign workers? Someone needs to investigate the money trail here.

I see this firsthand in my hospital - foreign doctors who can barely communicate with patients while qualified American grads sit on the sidelines. Patient safety should be the priority here.

Finally someone is reporting on this! The medical establishment has been covering this up for years.

This is exactly what's wrong with our immigration system - we're not putting American workers first in ANY industry anymore.

Couldn't agree more. Every sector is being flooded with foreign workers while Americans struggle.

Does anyone know if there are specific hospitals or health systems that are the worst offenders? We need to start naming names and holding them accountable.

My daughter graduated from medical school last year and is STILL looking for a residency match. Meanwhile, I see H-1B visa holders getting positions at our local hospital. This system is completely backwards.

The match system needs a complete overhaul. American graduates should have priority, period.

I'm so sorry to hear about your daughter's situation. This is happening to too many American families.

This is absolutely infuriating! Our own kids rack up $300K in debt for med school only to be passed over for foreign workers. America First should mean Americans FIRST in every profession, especially healthcare.

Exactly! And then they wonder why healthcare costs are so high when we're importing doctors instead of training our own.
