HISTORIC: Trump Sits in Supreme Court as Justices Weigh ENDING Birthright Citizenship for Illegals

In a moment that will be remembered for generations, President Donald J. Trump sat in the Supreme Court chamber last week as justices heard over two hours of arguments in Trump v. Barbara - the landmark case that could finally end the Democrats' favorite loophole for flooding America with illegal immigrants.

Trump became the first sitting president to personally attend Supreme Court oral arguments, sending a clear message that this administration is deadly serious about restoring the true meaning of American citizenship. The case directly challenges 150 years of twisted interpretations that have turned the 14th Amendment into an open invitation for birth tourism and anchor babies.

The President's executive order, signed in his first days back in office, aims to end the practice of granting automatic citizenship to children born on U.S. soil to illegal immigrants. It's a move that has sent the radical left into complete meltdown mode - because they know their demographic replacement strategy depends on this constitutional loophole.

"The American 'exception' was built on a constitution that the left has perverted beyond recognition," legal experts note, as the case exposes how decades of judicial activism have undermined our nation's sovereignty.

While Trump fights to secure our borders and restore constitutional order, political vultures are already circling for 2028. Prediction markets show $105 million flowing into presidential betting as the "DNC calendar war erupts," with Gavin Newsom leading Democratic money at 24¢ despite polls showing a dead heat with Kamala Harris. Meanwhile, JD Vance has locked down GOP support at 37¢, though Trump has floated the possibility of a Marco Rubio challenge.

The timing couldn't be more perfect. As Trump simultaneously challenges Watergate-era records laws that historians claim are being "alarmed" by, this administration is systematically dismantling the deep state's stranglehold on American governance.

The Supreme Court's decision in this case won't just determine citizenship law - it will decide whether America remains a sovereign nation or continues down the path of globalist-approved demographic transformation. With Trump literally in the room watching democracy in action, patriots nationwide are holding their breath for a ruling that could save the republic itself.

Finally! This is exactly what we need to restore the rule of law. Birthright citizenship was never meant to apply to people who entered illegally.

Absolutely right. The 14th Amendment was about freed slaves, not anchor babies.

I'm curious how the Court will interpret 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' in the 14th Amendment. That phrase seems key to the whole argument.

Historic indeed! Trump promised to tackle this and he's delivering.

As someone who worked in a border town hospital for 20 years, I can tell you this is a massive problem. Women would come across just to give birth and get citizenship for their kids. It's been abused for decades.
