In a stunning display of Trump Derangement Syndrome, Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-PA) had the audacity to blame President Trump's "rhetoric" for Iran shooting down an American F-15 fighter jet, proving once again that Democrats will twist any tragedy to attack our Commander-in-Chief.

During Friday's broadcast of MSNBC's "The Weekend," Dean disgracefully suggested that Trump's strong stance against the Iranian regime somehow "incited" their act of war against American forces. The Pennsylvania Democrat claimed Trump's tough talk about "the destruction of Iran's ability to compete" was somehow responsible for Iran's decision to fire on our military.

This is exactly the kind of America-Last thinking that got us into this mess in the first place. While Trump projects strength and puts America First, weak Democrats like Dean are more concerned with protecting Iran's feelings than defending our brave servicemen and women.

The Real Problem: Four Years of Biden Weakness

What Dean conveniently ignores is that Iran's aggression stems from four years of the disastrous Biden administration appeasing Tehran at every turn. Biden's weak foreign policy emboldened Iran, gave them billions in sanctions relief, and signaled that America wouldn't fight back against their terrorist activities.

Now that we finally have a president willing to stand up to Iran's mullahs, Democrats like Dean want to blame Trump for Iran's predictable tantrum. This is the same backwards logic that blames rape victims for wearing short skirts.

"When you have a president who bloviates and brags about destroying another nation's capabilities, you shouldn't be surprised when they lash out," Dean said, apparently forgetting that Iran chants 'Death to America' every single day.

Patriots across America are sick and tired of Democrats who rush to defend our enemies while attacking our own president. Trump's strength is exactly what we need to deter Iranian aggression, not encourage it.

The real question is: Why does Rep. Dean seem more upset with Trump's words than Iran's missiles?

Unbelievable! Iran has been a threat for decades and this rep wants to blame the guy who actually stood up to them?

This is exactly what's wrong with the Democratic Party - they can't take responsibility for ANYTHING! Iran shoots down our aircraft and somehow it's Trump's fault? Give me a break.

It's their playbook - blame Trump for everything while ignoring the real threats we face.

As a former Air Force pilot, this kind of political blame game while our service members are in danger makes my blood boil. Focus on protecting Americans, not scoring political points!

Wait, do we have confirmation this was actually an American military jet or are we talking about a civilian aircraft? The details in these reports are always so unclear at first.

Good question - the initial reports are saying military but you're right to ask for clarification.
