The blood of an innocent Florida woman is on Joe Biden's hands after it was revealed that the Haitian illegal alien who brutally murdered a gas station clerk with a hammer was protected by the Biden administration's reckless immigration policies.

Rolbert Joachim, who crossed the border illegally in 2022, was granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) by the Biden-Harris administration – a designation that prevented his deportation and allowed him to remain in America. Last week, he repaid that generosity by bludgeoning an innocent woman to death at a Fort Myers gas station.

The horrific details have sparked outrage across social media, with conservatives demanding accountability for Biden's deadly immigration failures.

"🚨 HOLY CRAP. The man who brutally m*rdered an innocent gas station clerk in Fort Myers, Florida is a HAITIAN ILLEGAL ALIEN caught and released by Biden in 2022," posted @real_Qpatriot on social media. "This is jaw-dropping betrayal. HE HAD TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS. This is why they ALL must go."

Conservative commentator Graham Allen didn't mince words about the Biden administration's culpability: "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? This Haitian THUG MURDERED a gas station clerk in Florida by BLUDGEONING her to death with a HAMMER… He crossed the border in 2022. He was granted TEMPORARY PROTECTED STATUS by Biden."

This savage murder represents everything wrong with Biden's open border policies. While hardworking Americans struggle to make ends meet, Biden rolled out the red carpet for criminals like Joachim – giving them legal protection while they plotted violence against innocent people.

The Temporary Protected Status program, designed to help people fleeing legitimate crises, became another tool for Biden to flood America with unvetted migrants. The result? American blood spilled on American soil by someone who should never have been here.

President Trump's mass deportation initiative cannot come fast enough. How many more innocent Americans must die before we secure our borders and remove dangerous criminals who have no business in our country?

This woman's death was entirely preventable – if only we had leaders who put Americans first instead of virtue-signaling with deadly consequences.

Every single official who signed off on protecting this killer should resign immediately. They have blood on their hands.

In my 30 years in law enforcement, I've seen how sanctuary policies tie officers' hands. This tragedy could have been prevented with proper enforcement of existing immigration law.

Thank you for your service and for speaking the truth that politicians won't say.

This is exactly why we need strict border enforcement and proper vetting. An innocent clerk lost their life because this administration prioritizes politics over American safety.

What specific protections did they give this individual? We need the full details on who made these decisions.

Meanwhile hardworking Americans can't get basic services but violent criminals get special treatment. Makes perfect sense.

Absolutely disgusting. When will this administration be held accountable for putting criminals before law-abiding citizens?

I live 20 minutes from where this happened. Our community is shaken and we deserve answers about how someone with a violent history was allowed to stay here.

Praying for the victim's family. This never should have happened.
