ELECTION INTEGRITY WIN: RNC Sues Virginia Over ABSURD Law Letting Non-Residents Vote

The fight for election integrity just got a major boost as the Republican National Committee, Virginia voter Matthew Hurtt, and RITE PAC filed a crucial lawsuit in Richmond Circuit Court targeting one of the most absurd election laws in America – a Virginia statute that actually allows people who have never lived in the state to vote there.

You read that right, Patriots. While hardworking Virginians follow the rules and prove their residency, this loophole lets complete outsiders influence their elections. It's exactly the kind of election manipulation that President Trump has been fighting against since day one.

The lawsuit comes as the Trump-Vance administration continues its relentless push for election integrity nationwide, with Attorney General Pam Bondi leading the charge to ensure only eligible voters can cast ballots in American elections.

Leftists Immediately Cry 'Attack'

Of course, the usual suspects are already screaming about this common-sense legal challenge. Social media lit up with typical liberal hysteria, with users like @annofbigbeach whining about an "attack on overseas voters" and @fdjordanjr parroting the same talking points.

"In latest attack on overseas voters, Republicans sue Virginia," complained @fdjordanjr, completely missing the point that this isn't about legitimate overseas voters – it's about people who never lived in Virginia at all.

Even more unhinged was @realTuckFrumper, who ranted: "Republicans sued to kill this. Trump demands more red seats. Virginia voters decide April 21: fair districts or rigged Congress? Vote YES and shove it down their throats."

Notice how they immediately frame ensuring election integrity as somehow "rigging" elections? The mental gymnastics are Olympic-level.

Common Sense Isn't An Attack

This lawsuit represents exactly what Americans voted for when they gave President Trump his decisive 2024 victory – a return to basic electoral sanity. Why should someone who has never contributed to a community, never paid local taxes, and never lived among the people be allowed to decide their representatives?

With the MAGA movement's focus on America First policies and protecting the rights of actual citizens, this legal challenge is just the beginning. Every state should examine their own election laws for similar loopholes that disenfranchise legitimate voters.

The question isn't whether this lawsuit will succeed – it's how many other states are harboring similar election integrity disasters that need immediate attention.

Can someone explain how Virginia even justifies this law? What's their reasoning for letting non-residents vote?
N
NewsJunkie2020Verifiedjust now
They claim it's for 'inclusivity' but it's really just about padding their vote totals. Disgraceful.

I live in Virginia and this law is absolutely ridiculous. My vote shouldn't be diluted by people who don't even live here and have no stake in our community.

Stay strong! Us real Virginians need to stick together against this nonsense.

Have you contacted your representatives about this? We need more local voices speaking up.

This is exactly why we need voter ID laws and residency requirements everywhere.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. How many other states have similar laws that we don't even know about?

Win or lose, at least someone is fighting for us!

Finally! Someone is standing up for election integrity. How is it even legal to let non-residents vote in ANY election?

It shouldn't be legal, but these blue states keep pushing the envelope. Thank God for the RNC fighting back.

I moved from California to Texas last year and had to update my voter registration immediately. Why should Virginia be any different?

About time! The RNC needs to be more aggressive in fighting these voter integrity issues in every state.
