California's so-called "First Partner" Jennifer Siebel Newsom has once again exposed the radical left's complete disconnect from reality, suggesting in a resurfaced video that violent prisoners housed at San Quentin are "probably" there because of accidents rather than deliberate criminal acts.

The jaw-dropping comments from Governor Gavin Newsom's wife perfectly encapsulate the soft-on-crime mentality that has transformed California into a lawless wasteland where criminals are treated as victims and law-abiding citizens live in fear.

In the video, Newsom displays the kind of privileged elitist thinking that views hardened criminals as misunderstood individuals who simply made "mistakes" - completely ignoring the very real victims of their violent crimes.

Americans React With Disgust

Social media users aren't buying Newsom's delusional narrative. "Newscum ... the other one," posted @B_Smallberries on Twitter, adding an eye-roll emoji to express what millions of Americans are thinking about this ridiculous take on violent crime.

"The night hums with tension as the chosen voices rise, and the room narrows its focus to what truly matters. No flares, just fac… yet,"

tweeted @NahBabyNahNah, highlighting how these comments reveal the true priorities of California's ruling elite.

This isn't just another case of liberal word salad - it's a window into the mindset that has led to skyrocketing crime rates, empty store shelves due to rampant theft, and the exodus of law-abiding families fleeing California for safer red states.

The Real Victims

While Jennifer Newsom makes excuses for violent criminals, real victims and their families continue to suffer. Her "accident" theory is a slap in the face to every person who has been murdered, assaulted, or robbed by the predators she's defending.

Under President Trump's second term, Americans are finally seeing a return to law and order at the federal level. But states like California remain trapped under the rule of leaders who view criminals as victims and treat actual victims as acceptable casualties of their failed social experiments.

How long will Californians tolerate leaders who care more about coddling criminals than protecting innocent Americans?

I moved my family out of California 3 years ago because of this exact mindset. When leaders think violent criminals are victims, law-abiding citizens become the real victims.

The mental gymnastics required to believe violent criminals are in maximum security by 'accident' is Olympic-level.

What about the victims of these 'accidental' inmates? Do they get justice or do we just pretend their suffering doesn't matter because it's politically inconvenient?

This is the question nobody wants to answer. Victim's rights have taken a backseat to criminal sympathy.

This is absolutely insane! These people are in San Quentin for VIOLENT crimes, not jaywalking. How out of touch can these politicians be with reality?

Exactly right. My brother works in corrections and says this kind of thinking is what makes the job so dangerous.
