In what can only be described as a jaw-dropping display of weakness, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) told CNN on Monday that America should give Iran an "ironclad guarantee" that neither the United States nor Israel will attack the terror-sponsoring regime. But it gets worse – the California Democrat wants to involve China and Russia in ensuring Iran feels "safe."
During his CNN interview, Khanna laid out his stunning proposal: "We need to make sure that we give Iran an ironclad guarantee that Israel or we will not attack." The Democrat congressman didn't stop there, suggesting we should "involve China and Russia" in this arrangement to ensure Iran is "going to be safe."
Patriots across social media were quick to slam Khanna's dangerous suggestion. "You don't tell your enemy your war plans. Idiots," posted @FreedomLost88, perfectly capturing what most Americans were thinking. Another user, @david_arcano, pointed out the obvious flaw: "Ah yes lets get enemies China and Russia involved!!!! Only a democrat would think of this."
America First vs. Iran First
This is exactly the kind of weak, globalist thinking that President Trump's America First agenda has completely rejected. While Trump's team focuses on peace through strength and protecting American interests, Democrats like Khanna want to coddle our enemies and invite hostile foreign powers to mediate our national security decisions.
Iran – the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism – has been responsible for countless attacks on American forces and our allies. They've funded proxy wars across the Middle East, threatened to wipe Israel off the map, and consistently worked to undermine American interests. And Khanna wants to guarantee they'll be "safe" from consequences?
"⁉️⁉️😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣" was how @DealDr007 responded to the news, perfectly capturing the absurdity of Khanna's proposal.
This is why Americans rejected the Democrat Party's weak foreign policy in 2024. While Trump rebuilds American strength and commands respect on the world stage, Democrats are still living in their fantasy world where appeasing our enemies somehow makes us safer.
How can any serious lawmaker suggest involving China and Russia – two of our biggest adversaries – in guaranteeing Iran's safety? This isn't diplomacy; it's surrender with extra steps.
