Eric Swalwell, the California Democrat who was caught red-handed having an affair with Chinese spy Fang Fang, is now desperately trying to clean up his image as explosive new allegations threaten to torpedo his already-doomed gubernatorial campaign.
Speaking to reporters after a sparsely attended town hall in Sacramento Tuesday night, Swalwell adamantly denied ever having a sexual relationship with a staffer or intern, claiming "there has never been an allegation and there has never been a settlement" related to sexual harassment.
But Patriots aren't buying what this compromised politician is selling. After all, this is the same man who was literally sleeping with the enemy while serving on the House Intelligence Committee – and Nancy Pelosi KEPT HIM THERE even after the FBI warned him about Fang Fang's spy activities.
Social Media ERUPTS Over Swalwell's Denials
The political establishment media is already circling the wagons for Swalwell. The Hill quickly pushed out damage control, reporting that the "Swalwell campaign denies 'outrageous' claims of inappropriate behavior." How convenient that they're using Swalwell's own campaign talking points as their headline.
But everyday Americans see right through this charade. One social media user perfectly summed up the situation, writing that Swalwell "never will be the governor of calif. that would be a mistake." Patriots across California clearly agree – this man has no business running the Golden State after his national security disasters.
Breitbart's John Nolte nailed it when he pointed out that Swalwell is now "blaming MAGA conspiracies" for his problems. It's the same tired playbook: when caught red-handed, blame Trump supporters and hope the media covers for you.
California Deserves Better Than Compromised Politicians
Swalwell is currently running against billionaire Tom Steyer for the Democrat nomination, but both represent the same failed liberal policies that have turned California into a nightmare of crime, homelessness, and economic destruction.
The question isn't whether Swalwell can survive these latest revelations – it's whether California voters are finally ready to reject the corrupt political class that has destroyed their state. With Trump back in the White House showing what real leadership looks like, maybe it's time for California to drain its own swamp.
