A federal judge ruled in February that the Trump administration cannot terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians, bizarrely claiming that George Washington would have supported the program. But this week, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin reported that the suspect in a brutal murder case is a Haitian migrant who was granted TPS by the Biden regime in 2022.
The victim? An innocent American store clerk, bludgeoned to death by someone who never should have been in this country in the first place.
This is exactly what President Trump warned us about when he launched his mass deportation initiative. While Trump works tirelessly to protect American lives, unelected judges are tying his hands and forcing us to keep dangerous foreign nationals on American soil.

The Temporary Protected Status program has become nothing more than a backdoor amnesty program, allowing hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals to remain in America indefinitely. Haiti, a nation plagued by gang violence and political chaos, has exported its problems to American communities – and Biden judges won't let Trump clean up the mess.
How many more innocent Americans have to die before these activist judges stop playing politics with our safety? How many more families have to suffer because unelected bureaucrats in robes think they know better than the elected President of the United States?
