The wheels of justice are finally turning. The Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division has opened a federal investigation into Cassidy Hutchinson, the former Trump White House aide whose questionable testimony became a cornerstone of the partisan January 6th witch hunt against President Trump.

This bombshell development, first reported by the Washington Examiner and confirmed by sources familiar with the matter, represents a seismic shift from the weaponized DOJ of the Biden regime to an administration committed to truth and accountability.

Patriots across social media are celebrating this long-overdue reckoning. As one Twitter user pointed out, "Jack Smith used this hearsay to go after POTUS Trump! Cassidy claims she heard Trump grabbed the steering wheel of the beast in rage. We have texts of her and Liz Cheney plotting. Lock them up!"

Remember Hutchinson's most explosive claim? She testified that President Trump allegedly lunged for the steering wheel of his Secret Service vehicle on January 6th - a story so outlandish that even Trump's critics raised eyebrows. Yet this secondhand gossip was weaponized by the Deep State and their media allies to paint our rightfully elected president as unhinged.

"Trump orders probe into Jan. 6 witness. In a move experts called 'highly unusual,' Trump directed the DOJ's civil rights division to investigate Cassidy Hutchinson, a key witness in the Jan. 6 investigation," noted another social media observer.

What's "highly unusual" is how long it took to investigate the real criminals in this saga. For too long, we've watched as partisan hacks like Hutchinson and Liz Cheney orchestrated a coordinated attack on the America First movement while the real victims - including President Trump and the January 6th political prisoners - suffered under a two-tiered justice system.

This investigation sends a clear message: the era of Deep State immunity is over. No longer will government officials be able to peddle lies and coordinate with partisan politicians to destroy their political opponents without consequences.

The American people deserve answers. How much of Hutchinson's testimony was coordinated with the January 6th committee? What communications did she have with Liz Cheney and other Trump-haters? And most importantly - will anyone finally be held accountable for the greatest political persecution in American history?

Justice delayed is justice denied, but justice is finally coming to Washington.

What specific civil rights violations are they investigating her for? I'm glad this is happening but want to understand the legal basis.

Probably related to false testimony that violated others' due process rights. Just my guess though.

This gives me hope that we might finally see some accountability for what happened during those hearings.

I watched every minute of those hearings and something felt off about her testimony from day one. My gut told me she was coached and now we might get some real answers.

About time the DOJ actually investigates someone who deserves it. Her testimony never passed the smell test - too many inconsistencies and convenient 'memories' that couldn't be corroborated.
